Southwest will host a volleyball jamboree Monday, August 23, with teams from Hurley, Purdy, and Wheaton high schools. The cost is $2 for adults and $1 for students and senior citizens. A concession stand will be available.
The schedule:
- 5:30 p.m. Southwest vs. Wheaton
- 6:20 p.m. Purdy vs. Hurley
- 6:50 p.m. Wheaton vs. Purdy
- 7:20 p.m. Hurley vs. Southwest
- 7:50 p.m. Wheaton vs. Hurley
- 8:20 p.m. Southwest vs. Purdy
Each match is two sets to 15 with no cap. The games do not count on the school's regular-season record.
The jamboree will be broadcast, barring any technical problems, on the Southwest Events YouTube channel.
