LIFETOUCH AND EPSTEIN FILES:
The Southwest R-V School District is aware of the concerns that have been raised regarding Lifetouch in connection with the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files. Based on the timeline of events and the information currently available, we do not have concerns regarding Lifetouch’s involvement.
Participation in school picture day is completely optional. Parents and guardians may choose not to have their child photographed during Lifetouch picture days. If you prefer to opt out, please notify the appropriate school secretary when picture day is announced.
Should any new or credible information emerge related to Lifetouch and these matters, we will review the situation and reassess our decision accordingly.

February 10 was "Safer Internet Day". Are you aware of what your child is sharing and who is watching with their online activities?
For children in grades K-2, help your child understand what’s okay to share, like a drawing, and what should stay private, like their name or school.
For children in grades 3-5, review what’s okay to post online. Even sharing a favorite outfit or pet photo can reveal more than they think.
For children in grades 6-12, review what your teen posts and how it reflects on them. Remind them that colleges, coaches, and jobs may be watching.
